I think she wants to stay in Hong KOng to find another employer, so she went to Labour department and said that I did not give her final settlement (of course no, she signed the receipt), then go to immigration to have extend the visa to stay in Hong Kong a little bit longer (I think), she was crazy and non-sence, whatever I did in the final settlement to her, I had been ask for the Labour department already, they teach me do it like this, and on her final day, I asked her to call labour department in front of me to clarify all the items before she go! I don't want other employer like me, that's why I want to send the letter to immigration law!
