Seems overheat alright. To verify, merely open the case and run your PC with your air-conditioner turn on and see if problem exist (you just don't need fancy program :lol ). If no hangup or whatsoever, that's conclude the test.
To fix the fan issue, merely lubicant it with sewing machine oil generously. Don't bother with WD40 as it'll make matter worse in a day or two. Also clean the fan and you should be OK. It result wasn't satisified, get a new one fan with bearing, which will cost around $150 (those cost $50 will last for a month or so -- total waste of $$).
