Agreed. I did employ a maid from David Cheung. The maid I fired was lazy and dirty, impolite, always said she has too much work to do, even told me she wants to find another employer. The one called Sophie (Tsuen Wan) always helps the maid. Even though I complain to her about the maid's bad attitudes and behaviour, she won't help to scold the maid but just said we are too demanding. No follow up service.
I employed my 1st maid from Francis So 4 years ago. She was really good. I recommended her to some of BK moms here as well when her contract finished. To my opinion, I think the follow up service is most important & whether your maid is good or not just depends on your luck.
I went to Francis So two years ago to employ my present helper. The quality is quite good. I renewed the contract with her recently. The service of Francis So is also well.
My friends and I have recruited maids from Francis So and the maids and the services are bad. For my friend's case, she recruited two maids from them and both of them hit their kids and one even need to call police. For my case, I was not happy with my maid and I asked for their advices. They told me the wrong information and threatened me. That's why I hate this company so much. Again, don't trust them!
I have nearly the same case. Mr. So threatened me when I laid off my maid, he also taught my maid to sue me. So there's why I was so angry to hear this agency's name.
同埋每個國家,就算每個家庭既生活方式,習慣都唔同.人地覺得好你未必滿意.所以,經驗話我知,只要你合眼緣.其他條件又合你心水.咁就ok.由始至終.請工人真係講luck....
