If I was you, I would繼續KEEP 住個樓盤放租.
It is because: only about 20% of the mortgate is for interest niow. i.e. if the mortgate is 10k per month, 8 k will be the capital (you earn)
if 個市 rises, then you earn the 資產升$ + rent (80%, assume the mortgage is almost the same as rent)
if 個市 is stable, then you earn the rent only 80%)
if 個市 drops, then you earn the rent (80%) but loss in the 資產. i.e. loss or win should depend on the % it drops. for example, if the market price is 2.5M now, and the rent is 10k monthly (mortgage is also 10k monthly).
If the price drops 5% in the coming 2 years, you earn 180k by rent, and loss 125k ( 資產 5%). i.e. you still earn in that case.
If the price drops 8% in the coming 2 years, then you loss 20k (200k - 180k).
i.e. over 2/3 chance (or more) you will earn if you KEEP 住個樓盤放租. However, if you believe that the 個市 will drops deeply (say over 8% in the coming 1 or 2 years), then sell it now.
