會唔有你唔知? 係兩个乳頭痹痹地, 跟住乳房硬/脹起黎.
好多時奶陣黎時噴奶或者奶滴得太快, bb食唔切"濁"親.

我又試過沖完涼, 諗住用毛巾拍啲風整干个身, 点知刺激到乳頭, 有奶陣, 係咁滴奶.

沖完涼滴奶都試過,但係BB食到濁親真係未試過.

麻麻地感覺都無喎,不過有時BB食左邊時,右邊覺得有D硬硬地的感覺. 咁算唔算呢? 通常時一開始食的時候,約一兩秒. 跟住就無喇.

it is called "let-down" It happened to me every single times when I breastfeed the baby. He is only 16 days old. It even happen when I think about the baby. Horrible! I can't go anywhere like that!

will let-down get better after 1 month? if not, how do you ladies get out of the house?

Actually it is a good thing if you have a good let-down. The dripping of milk will get better as time goes by. Just use breast pads meanwhile.

Thanks Nula, I did use pads but it still soak through. I am wondering what do people do when they breastfeed let's say the left side, and the right side is dripping. I cover it with cloth so I don't drip all over myself and the baby. Every breastfeeding follow with a lot of cleaning and wiping. The weather is hot now so we both get naked when breastfeed in the afternoon, but what happen at night and in the winter when it is cold?

i really like to know what do other people do. I breastfeed my new born every 3-4 hours. I hate to clean up in the middle of the night.

我最初響呢度見好多mama提奶陣, 都唔知係咩黎, 但後來泵奶時, 就知道.

好多時泵奶泵到乳房鬆晒, \以為佢無奶會出, 過一陣, 又會又好多奶注出現, 仲會持續好幾秒, 好多時都可以泵多一安架.

後來我查過資料, 先知原來身體收到無奶既訊息, 條件性地"即時補倉", 人的身體真係好奇妙.

不過, 個人經驗之談:我覺得奶陣係好睇當時自己的心情. 當你用心餵, 望下bb, 諗下你同bb既野, 諗下自己幾咁錫bb, 奶陣就會出現.

相反, 如果一路泵一路擔心唔知自己今次泵到幾多安, 就一定無奶陣出現.

bb 仲細﹐人奶會多好多。當bb大d, 奶量穩定就唔會‘漏’

我小b 未夠3個月時日日濕幾件衫﹐試過‘谷’到好痛﹐硬到好似石頭咁。亦試過"射奶"

宜家阿女就黎5months, 奶量定好多﹐唔會咁漏﹐應該係身體適應左bb既奶量~

Wow it sounds you very seriously leak milk. Which breast pad do you use? Maybe you need some more absorbent ones.
When bf'ing one side, there is 'milk collector' you can buy to save the milk leaking from the other side. I have not tried it though. I just put a breast pad.
But still, the body will adjust and the problem should not prolong. I have not used a pad for a long time.

哎,真羡慕你地.

我都未試過想起bb有此情況. 點解會咁架?
我d奶量真係好少.bb5個月喇. 晚上兩邊夾埋都係pump到110ml.

佢食奶樽都係比150ml佢食. 唔知佢夠唔夠,其實再比佢食,佢係食到. 試過食到成180ml,不過我dpump奶得150ml,佢食完就無再比佢食.

好可憐呀!

我有時就算出咗街, 但到咗bb食奶的時間, 就會突然噴奶...

bring milk collector　ｗｉｔｈ　ｙｏｕ，ｓｏ　baby feeds at one side, another side is covered by collector.

i have a breast pump, but i can't hold the breast pump in one hand and bfing the baby with another.

mouth:

Last night i stuffed a towel in my other breast to hold the leak...it works well.

i use a washable pad. it keeps the nipple side dried but it usually leaks through to the bra or my shirt.

I can't feed on one side and pump the other side at the same time either.
Washable pad may not be as absorbent as disposable. I use disposable pad (Lanxxxxxxh). It is absorbent.

泵多d增奶量, or更好晚上埋身.
頂住到6個月食固體你便可以輕鬆d
