I did apply a replacement on 31 March 05. The white card was received but the visa not yet issue.

I have urge my agent to follow this issue for me. Hopefully the visa can be issued before end of this month.

I have received a phone call from Immigration last Thursday which told me to sign a letter not to use the remaining levy for the replacement maid since I want the new one to come before I fired the old one.

我好似係3月尾請架, visa上星期出左啦, 不過agent今日話印尼要上心理班7-9日先可以黎hk, 係米真架

而家都要月尾先黎到喎

噤即係出左visa都仲要等一個月

I receive the phone call from Immigration today and the visa is issued. However my agent said the maid will come at end of this month. :tongue:

25/3 sign contract, 8/4 - HK immigration and I send 4 letters to immigration start from 26/4.

I signed contract on 24/3 and received a letter from immgration which staed that the visa was issued on 11 May.

I did not chase my agent and send any letter to immgration as I expect my maid will come to HK in mid-June.

contract submitted on 30 Mar, got the visa on 28 Apr, my maid arrived on 11 May

The agent said it takes at least 2 weeks time. She said the maid is first time to HK, so need to apply for ID card and do the body check before going to my home.
