If you have a good relationship with your existing maid, I suggest you to tell her the truth that you cannot have annual leave in Nov to train up the new maid. You just have to give her one month notice in July then she may leave in August according to your schedule. But it's already late May, so you must proceed with the application of your new maid immediately so that she can arrive in August.
