Annual Leave?

Bun Bun will finish her contract in Aug 05, I know she can entitle 14 days annual leave but how to calculate? For example, if she would like to take leave on Aug 3, that means she can come back on Aug 18? (inculding 2 Sundays).

She should start her annual leave on 23 July 2005 and come back on 6 August 2005 to start a new contract.

That means she can take 16 calendar days. Am I right? As I plan to bring all relevant forms and documents to the Immigration Dept on July 29 for her contract renewal and my daughter will go to school in early Aug, so I hope she can take leave from Aug 3 to Aug 18.
