Clerk (Part-time) (Ref. 92134)[Appointment period: twelve months]
DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION SCIENCES
The appointee will be required to (a) provide clerical support to programmes and activities organised by the Culture Promotion Committee; (b) assist in special events and functions; (c) assist in filing, report compilation and data input; and (d) assist in programme enrolment, ticket distribution as well as programme and publicity arrangement. He/She will be required to work outdoors and on irregular hours.
Applicants should (a) have 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if syllabus A), Chinese Language and Mathematics; (b) have good communication and interpersonal skills; (c) be fluent in English and Chinese, preferably also in Putonghua; and (d) be proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft FrontPage as well as Chinese word processing.
Remuneration
The remuneration rate is HK$50 per hour.
