請問通常在哪裡貸款?怎樣貸款? 需要什麼 Supporting? HKID? PASSPORT? MY ADDRESS?

I am very afraid and want to know more.....last night my new hire maid request me to open a bank account to her(she said she afraid she can't control to use her salary) how should i do? should i open a bank account to her and use my home address?

she has contract, passport and ID can borrow the money, very easy! But I can told you, "borrow the money" from them, it is very simple case! 80% of maids should borrow the money, cannot control.....my maid also.....too bad! The evenually, the contract is terminated~

唉

...即是好難避免喇, 那我想知我們要不要負起她們的債呢? Reminder是寄到我們家嗎? 如到時炒她要陪嗎?
另外, 她常詢問我有関開銀行户口問題, 她想我開一個bank account給她(原因是她說怕用光薪水,所以$放在bank 安全喎), 但我怕她用那住證明去做其他嘢.....点好呢? 唉...我哋真慘, 日間返工, 放工重要煩哩的嘢, 就嚟痴線啦

首先,
千祈唔好同佢開bank a/c
佢要開就用自己個名開
一陣佢告你無出過糧比佢
你就死梗~~
因為d salary 向果個你名的bank a/c 中
if 佢唔想開, 你就最多開cheque 比佢, 唔好出 cash

第二
佢要借$$, 點都借到
有 id card, contract, passport, address 是旦一兩樣就借到
唯有同佢鄭重講明唔可以借
touchwood, 佢真係借咗
追到上門, 你亦唔使同佢還
fire 工人, call police, then通知財仔, 工人已走, 比埋佢home country 地址& agent 地佢地, 就ok

btw, 唔好諗住keep 工人証件
佢告你, 你一樣死得~~~

佢到步我第一件就話唔可以借財仔, 幫人做擔保都唔得, 其實佢地借左$$走老, 財仔係咪會去佢地鄉下"挖"佢?

稀仔係一個為食b, 乜都要試下, 而家24磅!!

Dear chaklongma, Thank you for your reply.

As I know, her passport and contact are kept by agent. She only has HKID.

If 我出 cash for her salary and she has signed back for acknowledge received….怕嗎?
