Same here. I already express some milk by hand before every feeding. Normally, I will express until the sprays of milk stopped.
The pain will go away after the first few minutes. Then it seems that BB only needs to suck softly to get the milk because there is not much feeling for me but at the same time, there is milk leaking from BB's month.
Any solution for sore nipples. I don't like to go out now because the hot temperate (sweat) will worsen the pain.
