Sept 15, 9:30pm.
Parked on the road. Walked to the video shop to return a disk (20 seconds). Stay in the shop for 1 minute to return the disk and ask some simple questions.
Get into the car. Discovered a paper on the window with big words HKD2000 and find my wheel was locked.
My car was locked in 80 seconds. Those guys come and leave so fast. God dxxx it. I was so angry and rush to the office to pay 2000 dollars. After 10 minutes, nobody come to unlock my car and I call the police.
The police come within 5 minutes. They said somebody reported that a man has dropped HKD2000 in their office. A man from the management office came and give me a receipt for HKD320 and cash HKD1680 10 minutes later. The locking crew came 10 minutes later and unlock my car.
The policemen told me a lot of stories. One of it is a lady went to buy something in the circle K and her car was locked. They will not stop even you are approaching the car. It is usual and occured very often in Shatin City One.
I need to remind all drivers this.
I called my friend who lives in City One and he said it was subcontracted to outsider. All the penalty will get into their pocket. He said they will lock even someone(not the driver) is in the car. The policemen said the same thing. This kind of legal robbery is usual. What a profitable business. I believe their kids have no ass, no, have no dick, no ball.
so sorry to hear your BAD experience. I live near City-one,& I saw so many cases like yours. Why did they fine u for $2000 at the first place & return $1680 back to you??

They come and left in 80 seconds, there should be a lot of eyes. So, everybody must be careful.
Its him again. If he owe you money, you will not get paid, he will give you more business and you will become a bigger begger. If you owe him money, he will hire triad group to make you pay. Hong Kong will be sold to him later. God bless us. I wish we don't need to pay for the air we breath.
I see, that operation may not be sub-contracted to outsider, but to insider.

Does it works. I am afraid they will lock your car even you've got registered in the mgt office.
The policymen said their aim is to make money but not clearing the road like the policemen do. That's why they will not stop locking your car even you are approaching it and yelling stop.
This profitable business was contracted to outsider many years ago(now, I'm not sure). Therefore, there should be rebate to the security. This is also the reason why they have such a high efficiency. In their eyes, empty cars are $$$$$$$$$$.
I park next to the video shop twice a week. After that incidence, I never leave the car alone and observe. Let me tell you guys how fast they do later.
