菲傭六月中約滿，有d乜野要註意同要做架?

佢已經做左六年，做得太耐都真係唔係咁好，已經請左個新既，都係六月中左右到，應該接得到無問題。咁我唔再續約，有d乜野要注意，同有d乜野錢要比呀?仲有乜文件要比佢簽？Please help. Thanks.

我個係7月中到期,佢係今個月出糧問我會唔會re-new 佢. 咁我答佢唔會. 但會做到7月中.

不過你個maid 都好神奇喎,佢下個月中都約滿佢都唔問你既 ?-(

actually, she asked two weeks ago but I told her that i am considering. BTW, how can you tell you maid and what is her reaction? Thanks.

我半年前好informal 問佢會唔會re-new contract, 佢比我答案係no decision yet. 咁我又見佢個performance 唔係咁合理想,又好似唔係好想做落去,咁我就係4月中
