plan緊同2個小朋友(3歲+1歲)去, 如果想去motherfarm/上野/麵包超人館/thomasland/disneyland等地方, 住邊間hotel會方便d, 近jr站, 附近有bb用品買

What's the different with Ikebukuro Royal Hotel?

I didn't know the different. But the b-Ikebukuro is closed to JR station & easy to find. I booked delux twin. The room was not too big but the bed was very OK 4' width with free internet services if you've a laptop.
