please help,
my baby is 3 months old now, but i have乳線炎2 times already! Everytime i have fever and muscle pains. Right now i still don't know why since i try everything to prevent it happens like to wake up my baby to bf him 2 times every night. i also take a hot shower to message my breast then pump the milk out if my baby doesn't hungry. I really try hard!
But whatever i do, my right breast(especially) still get stuck of milk inside. When i touch it, i feel a hard thing inside with pains too. i found out that my right breast have 傷
