You may go to supermarket buy the cola chicken sauce (Brandee KXX K), this is the easier way to make this dish.
1) Boil hot water with few piece of ginger
2) Put the chicken into the (1) pot for 1st boiling
3) Take out the chicken and rinse it with cold water
4) Use the cola favour chicken sauce about 1/3 bottle mixed with water
5) When the sauce is hot, put all the chicken and boil about 30-45 minutes (depends how soft you prefer)
This way I make, the children always love it. You may try.
