I hired Bun Bun so I don't know if the rules are the same. The last one wanted to quit after working 2 months year. I asked her what about her loan. She said, 'don't worry, the comission will be partially refunded if the contract ends within 1 year', no matter if she quits or I fire her.
I asked her to stay on till I get a new maid.
BTW, you can deduct her pay up to $300 per month if she breaks things.
