I am planning to divorce my husband and move back to UK. My daughter has got British Citizenship but because she is not born in UK, is she entitled to any benefits such as education and childcare allowance? Please advise.
As your daughter has British citizenship I think she will be entitled to free education and child benefit, but it's best to check with the local Citizens Advice Bureau. They can give you more information.
