For the both cars just need the private car licence ok! I think SERENA is much better than TOWNACE, the above said cars are not suitable for woman driving, because of too big, if you drive pass through the narrow corridor is much harder. I think the HONDA STREAM is much better driving by woman...
I just bought a used SERENA, it's quite good, it has twins sunroof, as I know, TOWNACE doesn't get any sunroof, my children love the sunroof very much, the first time they sat in the SERENA, their faces were not look forward, but upward!!
