To Taremama:
For St. Teresa's Hospital;
(1) 床墊 (yes, the hospital will provide one or two for you, i also brought with 4 more pieces)
(2) 下身清潔液 & 清潔瓶 (No need i opined as the hospital will give you one 清潔瓶, 至於下身清潔液，nurse advise me to use warm water and that is enough and they will 幫你洗傷口，dont worry)
(3) bb紙尿片 (no need, bb have to use diaper provided by hospital, they will charge you about $66 a day, but this is a must i guess)
For me that it's OK to use 黏貼衛生巾 as i wear 網褲 ( i have 2 網褲).

To other mothers, I think bbsweet is right that to join the package or not depending on your doctor's advice. My doctor suggested me not to join package as it'll be more flexible coz the no. of day of stay depends on different mother's phyiscal condition after delivery.
