d agent只會同你講,個工人願意改,因為d agent只顧要錢,d agent係唔會想d僱主咁早炒工人的,d agent最想d僱主用d工人用多5,6個月先至好炒,因為咁樣佢地就可以係d工人身上賺多幾個月3千蚊,所以你間agent都未必可以替你換到個好工人,話唔定佢地會拖住你,你如果真係好想換工人,或者試下其他agent囉,我都係咁,見自己用開既agent唔多即極,就出去其他agent度搵.
I prefer to hire someone who has been working in HK before and just finished their contract with the previous employer. I have interview with some candidates that not good in our language, you get into angry very quick as they "nine not matching eight"!! Then how can you trust them??
You can hire these "finished contract" maid from your agent. Simply tell them you want this kind of candidate and ask them to send you information or arrange interview. Usually these candidates can only stay for 2 weeks in HK, if they still cannot find the new employer, they have to go back to their home. So it is better for you to make the decision within this time period. But I don't mean you need to rush for decision. Only make the decision when you really think she's good. One more tips, when you have interviews, you can ask few more friends to go along with you. They can just sit behind during the interview and then ask their impression after it finished. 我會炒未約滿印印on 16 June 05.我個印印做野ok,煮飯ok,佢亦鍾意小朋友,而我個女亦都喜歡同佢玩,(其實佢都幾好,BB crying at midnight 佢都會起床,如果BB生病太夜沒有叫醒佢幫手,但聽到BB crying,佢都起床問why沒有叫醒佢幫手) 不過有樣野最衰,就係有時會搏咀 ,所以我奶奶同老爺唔鍾意佢 ,已決定炒左佢. 可能佢係HK太耐(8年),如果開始對佢嚴肅d,我想可能好d ( 因為開始時,我以為佢takecare 到BB 就 ok,期它嘢我唔理,有時仲同佢講笑 ). 講真我現在都有d唔想佢走,but new maid will come July 05. 希望佢快d找到新僱主

都唔知d agent係唔係想老屈我地用d被炒既工人,又或者佢地想d完約工人搵唔到工,要返印尼再比過7個月3千,我都係左撲右撲咁,搵左好多間agent,先至遇到一間話有一個將會約滿既,雖然個印印我都唔係好滿意,但點都好過屋企果個,所以就簽左.
