18mths? they should be can hold the bottle by themselves, right? why need you / helper to feed?
you means your helper will finish her contract on Feb 2011? don't worry, still long way.
For my experience, my first maid left us when my girls nearly 2 yrs old, only first few days they are looking for my old maid. Then, once get used to be my new helper, they are never mentioned the old one again.
Recently (July), my second helper left us to Canada, my new helper arrived at 7:00pm, next day when we go out, my girls already hold her hands and keep playing with her.
You are their mum, they know that, but you need to ask yourself, did you spend enough time to them, how many hours per day you can play/read with them?

I have a twins girl of 18 mths. Very problematic recently as both of them do not let me or my hubby to feed but only the helper.
I worked PT so half of the time my twins are taken care by my helper. ...
My elder twins can hold her bottle but I made a mistake to scare her this Mon, therefore these few days she only allows my helper to accompany her to drink milk. I hope we can overcome later after she forgets the unpleasant experience and come back to me soon:;pppp:
Since I take care my elder twins therefore I have not trained my younger twins. I need to start training them together to pace the way for the future.
I also have one more elder kid therefore time management is always an issue. I have no private time and spend all the time with the 3 kids other than work. Anyway, I will re-visit my time allocation among them to try everyone has a balance growth.
