i just renewed my maid's contract, my bun did everything for me, i don't even need to go to any of the offices, here is the steps:
1. my maid go to the immigration office to get the green form;
2. i fill up the form, and give the maid my income proof, hk id copy, and address proof;
3. my maid submit the green form to the Phil. consulate;
4. one week after, my maid get the green form back from the consulate;
5. my maid go to the hk immigration to submit the green form and get the visa.
then DONE!
my maid did steps 3 and 4 on sunday.
and step 5 on saturday.

寫得非常清楚
其實樓主唔想俾個人資料工人，就一定要經Agent or 自己去，否則就算你封晒信封口都無用，因為D文件點都要經過工人手，佢要影印副本你都唔會知，我就只信好工人。
