Use your middle or forth finger to 按. From the inner eye corner of your baby (從眼下) gently 按下到鼻樑. A downward direction from eye to 鼻樑. Sorry that I don't know how to type Chinese.... hope you would understand lar.

Yes, use Felicia's method lah (sorry, don't have chinese software at home). My daughter was the same when she was borne, then the doctor taught us to do that, use the method of "on", say when she was having milk. The doctor said if this didn't get any better, then might have to do an eye operation at 2 years old. Luckily the condition gets better and better each day and now she is seven and fully recovered. I recommend you to use this method, we mums of course don't want kids to have any operation at this stage. Good luck!
