Keep up that calcium intake! Continue taking 1200-1500mg of cal daily (normal 1000mg daily). If you take anything less than this, the calcium will be "leached" from the stores in your bones in order to meet your body's needs. You can lose up to 300mg of calcium per day through breastfeeding.
