更改合約內容！急！！！

原定七月尾換工人，合約已由agent遞交，如果新工人同意可否更改內容？手續如何？如果新工人不同意，是否要賠一个月人工。機票要唔要賠？[工人仍然在菲律賓未到港]

Are the visa come out already or not??

If you just prepare the contract only and the visa haven't come out. Of coz you can add one more ppl inside or change the content of contact and you no need to paid any money to the helper if she haven't arrival Hong Kong..

The visa is start from she arrival Hong Kong.
