屋企部電腦今日早上啟動後, 初期沒問題, 但突然自動關機再重新啟動..... 但是多次啟動都不成功, 然後出了一個畫面, 要我選1) 安全模式 2) 安全模式 (含網絡功能)....., 我選了(2), 電腦終於可以啟動了, 回到了桌面, 但所有桌面上的ICON及視窗都變得超級大, 跟以往的不一樣
我嘗試打開一些microsoft office的程式, 例如上星期新安排的 microsoft office professional plus 2010的
EXCEL, WORD等程式, 卻不能成功, 經過電腦的"疑難排解", 彈出一句"INTEL DISPLAY DRIVE已無法正常運作", 然後叫我去LENVO的網站查詢, 查到以下這個問題:
我懷疑是這個新安裝的office有問題, 於是想去到"控制台"移除安裝, 但顯示說"無法移除"....
現在怎辦呢? |
Try system restore and see if problem could be fixed.
Ain't sure ur Office 10 is genuine copy or not. If not, ... You see, Office 10 is protected and need online registration unless someone crack it. How safe is the crack, ... well, ... you on your own.
Desktop icon enlarge in safe mode is normal as video driver has been by-pass. The only solution is to run your PC / notebook in normal mode. But before you do that, you've better copy all your data to another hard drive or DVD or CD.
For the display driver, the Intel stuff is a generic one. So, if you don't bother to grab a newer version, it should be OK.
Your problem could be caused by h/w. So, see if you could borrow a display card for testing. Or you could reinstall your Windows to single out the problem.
