Anyone know what is the meaning of these books

I found 2 books from my maid and the cover looks terrible. Can anyone tell me what is the words mean

係一本回教刊物,一個月出一次,係講D人做錯事會又咩唔好野.
期期封面都係恐怖,核突,但應該冇咩問題,我工人以前都睇.
