My situation is a bit similar as you. I also found my Indo maid borrow $$ from outside finance company, as we receive some reminder letters. We did not receive telephone calls. Although she say sorry to me, we finally decided not to renew her when her contract finished in end of Sep. Actually she has good cooking skills and my son likes her. But we decided not to keep her anymore as she has worked for me for almost 5 yrs. I don't want to pay the Long Service Payment.
Since I want my son to speak more English, I change to Filipino maid this month, but her cooking skills is really poor. I miss the food made by my previous maid. Hope she will improve very soon. I hope I will not regret changing the maid la....
