Yes, just pour milk directly into the bags. The bags are pre-sterilised, so they can be used immediately.
I always feel safer to buy things from department stores or baby shops. Especially for feeding-related products.
For those online sellers, you simply can't hold them responsible for product quality. I don't want my baby to take any risk, just for the sake of saving a little money.
