Yes, you must prepare the passport with ID card if first time apply and only $185.00 for 5 years.

my baby is only 19mths old, i plan to bring the baby to trip at Christmas, don't know if there's enough time to apply for the both passport and ID card. I need to apply for the ID card first, right?

你申請passport時, 佢會同你一次過做埋ID card, 好似兩個禮拜左右就攞得!
