Levy $2400

As I will be away from HK for months and would like to pay the levy by instalment earlier. Could anyone advise me of the following information:

1. Cheque payable to whom
2. Information to be included with the cheque, e.g. contact no etc
3. Postal address
4. Any enclosure ?

1. cheuque issue to "THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION"

2. Enclosed "Immigration ref. no. " this no. on the mald visa book

3. Postal address: FOREIGN DOMESTIC HELPERS SECTOIN, 6/F, IMMIGRATION TOWER, 7 GLOUCESTER RAOD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG

4. If you have government "payment note", you should enclosed together
