I was VERY upset at that moment as I have already changed all my other appointments to make time for this lesson, and I have spent so much time with them on the earlier calls to arrange this, and it is just 2 days before the class they called and asked me to pay for this trial lesson. I asked them they promised me that class that I signed up is free trial lesson, but now, they have no good reason but change what they promised. They said "Yes, Miss, we changed it as we found more people signing up who are willing to pay $$"....
I told them I was very upset about their customer service and what they promised potential customers, they said "if you want to think like this, we have no way to prevent you from thinking like this..." They started to blame me why I did not pay like other parents for the trial lesson... and they never thought they were giving wrong messages to me, who is their potential customers, and they NEVER keep their promises.
when I talk about this experience... I will NEVER let my kids to go to this company!!!
