問題係咁既:

1. give the greatest possible error:
(0.082 +/- 0.0005) cm

2. if a strip of paper measures 3.68 cm to the
nearest 0.01 cm, then it is longer than
? cm and shorter than ? cm

我的理解是：
1. anywhere between 0.0815 and 0.0825；
2. it is longer than 3.675cm and shorter than 3.684cm (以4捨5入，小數點後3位計)

1. Definition: The greatest possible error of a measurement is one half of the unit of measure to which the measure is being rounded.

題目中(0.082 +/- 0.0005) cm代表這個MEASUREMENT係correct to nearest 0.001cm，所以greatest possible error 是0.001cm／2 ＝ 0.0005cm
