I like to buy a flat in hilton ctr .A few question I want to ask...請妳幫忙...因地產冇句真...
Because I have 2 bb and 3 dogs.( The dogs won't go out and they stay at home only, I won't let them bark because they will嘈到bb and other people, but they will bark about 1 min when we go home)...... 管理員是否見到dog dog也不理?那裏同隔鄰樓上下會否很應聲?I worry some people hate dog and I need to move out after I buy the flat...
Ijust rent for my place in hilton ctr cause my own flat in Shatin was not big enough to have the baby. I think you hv to consider the followings b4 buying hilton ctr:
1) hilton ctr is quite old (although the building just got the 大渠 changed early this yr),
2) I seldom see any 管理員巡樓, and I wonder they won't do that at all (although robbery case is not heard so far in the last 6 months since I moved in),
3) the quality of 管理員 is only so so. they will not handle the complaint very seriously,
4) you have to be careful about the problem of dripping of the air conditioner, as most of the flats have the air conditioner installed on the window, not the original place designed for the flat. so the dripping sound will make sleepless nights if the flat(s) above has a conditioner right at the same place of yours. when we made complaints to 管理員, they just asked us to call 食環署 by ourself.
5) If u really cannot find any other place which is satisfactory and have to buy a flat in Hilton ctr, don't choose the ones face 火車站, as the sound pollution problem caused by the vehicles on the highway is quite serious especially at night.
