One of my relative (say A) bought a 3-rooms 居屋 in TKO(around 2M).
Another relative want to rent that flat from her (say B). B want to rent the flat in 5-6k. However, A expect the rent should be around 9-10k.
I can't say who is wrong. However, some people think that the price of 居屋 should be the same as 'public estate' .........
