I have quite serious jealousy problem, through my man is a loyal guy. But I got uncomfortable whenever he talks with other gals...
So far I can control my emotion well, not to express in front of him as I know my jealousy is irrational and it's my insecurity feeling....but I would like to know how to really overcome it as sometimes I feel very bad with it....

I would try to think the following:
well, that is good, other ladies would know how good a hushand I have. How popular a husband I have.
It is not I get jealousy. It is the other way around, other ladies would be jealousy of me to have such good husband. :tongue:
