Keep helping your baby to burp out the wind, even though it takes up to an hour or more and your hands are very tired. If your baby is suffering from colic (cry out loud for an hour or more for no reason and bring up his knees against his stomach) as well, then you might want to see the doctor to get some medicine to get rid of the wind.
Our baby also has the same problem. Our helper normally sooth our baby to almost fall asleep before he drinks his milk. Otherwise, he refuses to drink the milk, and starts crying once we put the milk bottle near his mouth. We still could not work out why he refuses to drink the milk and starts crying every time we feed him. At the moment in time, we think it is the milk formula, because we had changed it a few weeks ago. Now, we started to use the old formula that he always drinks with out crying. Hopefully, this is the reason in our case.
There are many other reasons:
1. Does he have lots of wind? The baby will not drink anymore because the stomach is full.
2. Does he like the formula?
3. Is the milk too hot?
4. Does he like the teat? Too hard is difficult to suck. The hole is too small also makes it difficult.
