u can buy cream cheese in parkn shop and it's got a non-oven receipe for making a cheese cake.
The cream cheese which sells in Park'n shop is about HK$23.50. it shows a cholocate cheese cake receipe but u just ignore the cholocate part and put blueberry cake jam on the top.
For the sugar part, u can put less as it's really sweet.
Base
1 cup of biscuit (麥維他消化餅)
1/3 cup melted butter
Cake
3 teaspoon gelatine (魚膠粉) melt in 1/2 cup boiling water
500g cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream beat into cream
Top
Blueberry filing

Method :
1. Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Use a spoon to press and make a base. Then, put in the refrigerator.
2. Beat the cream cheese and put all sugar and gelatine mixture together. Finally put 1/2 cup cream into the mixture.
3. Put the mixture into the base and put in the fringe until its set.
4. Put the blueberry filling on the top of the cheesecake and decorate by cream.
