I bought a 學行車 for my daughter to play when she was about 7 mths old and it is true that right now my BB is 11 mths and she still use her toes to walk. Also, I found that my BB broke her toe nails when she used the 學行車 maybe because she used the wrong strenth to walk so from my experience, do not buy it for your BB. If you really want to buy something similar, go to Toys r us and you can find a toy from Fisher Price which looks like a hippo and it comes with some peek a blocks. That toy can let your BB play in different ways. You can make is into a little walking car and also you can make it into a pushing cart, when your child plays with it, the hippo will eat the peek a blocks on the floor and your BB can learn about cleaning and tidying also. I think that one is really good.
