She is slow in doing household work and her cleaning works are soso! She thinks that she can sacrifice her time to do it slowly. However, we don't allow her to do so because we have two little kids ...
reason behind being slow is could do lesser stuffs, can avoid to do others that she dislike.
beside manage & inspect her daily, pushing her to be hurry or rushy. it take time to train being fast.
cooking need talent sometimes, if i never eat & cook LOBSTER, how can i know to make it?
Maids got cantonese lessons; no cooking/ house keeping training provided for maids anymore!!!!
你同佢講, I don't understand yr English. Either you learn how to speak good English or you learn how to speak Cantonese.
但我覺得佢分明係玩野, 根本唔想學, 扮聽唔明, 做少d, 推得聽日就聽日先做果d囉.
我個工人又係咁, 我話抺window, 第一次佢話抺咗, 其實根本冇抺 (玻璃果達野都仲響度! 以為可以扼到我!), 跟手我睇下個鐘, 9:30pm, 我話 "you finished cleaning the window? i don't think so ..." "yes, I did it already". "Hm ..ok, if u think u are done, it's not ok to me. Do it once again NOW, i can wait for u until u finished" 個工人當堂成塊面白哂, 唔係呀, 抺完咪11點都黎....呢個就係扼我既下場, 我諗佢冇諗過我會即場叫佢再抺過先去休息, 嘿...日頭瞓成日呀喇...
