one 5' x 6' bathroom---- remodel to two small bathrooms, surely 5' x 6' is not large enough.
you need to 'steal ' some more space from the bedroom or the room next to the bathrooms.
you need to replan the layout of your 2 bathrooms, including all the water pipes, drainage pipes, sewage pipes, ....
you need to make sure all the new sewage pipes, water drainage pipes must lead to the exterior structural wall of the building where all the existing pipings are now.
during this remodeling, the positions of all wash casin, toilet bowl, shower or bath tub will have to be changed.
others such as new ceramic wall tiles floor tiles might have to be installed too...
so, there are a lot of items involved.....
