Yr son can attend the local school here as long as the school has vacancy. The school is ending this week for year end holiday, school will restart 2/1/2011.
If your child has no prob in English that will be no issue for him, you can opt out Chinese if you want to since you are not signaporean, u might want to check out the MOE web site and give them a call if necessary
