My son also didn't use 學行車. He can walk on his own around 1 year-old. Do encourage him more when he try to stand, then walk by holding things, and then walk by his own. He will be very happy if you appraise him when he can do certain steps. That's encourage him from repeating again & again. No worries if he fall down (provided the environment is safe). Even appraise him more if he can stand up on his own after falling down. That's make him feel happy & willing to do it again. Actually, more practice makes things better!
