The vaccine is the same for both c+ and 健康院, so, it does not matter which one you choose, some people like c+ as they said the technique of the nurse in c+ is better. Some people, like me, go to 健康院, as there will be some 1-yr development tests conducted before taking the vaccine. Hope this could give you some ideas.
