Would like to share a bad experience with the school bus provider 珍姐.
My kid is studying in 基恩 but I did not join the school bus. but since the birth of my second BB, there was a need for that as my maid is not able to send/ pick up my older one while having to look after the small one.
When i first approached 珍姐 for help in Oct 2010, she said it was hard as it would take longer time for the trip if stopped by my place. She asked me to call her later in time to see if there would be any change. meanwhile, she kept talking bad about the parent who lived in Wo Hop Street whose request to use the serivce had prolonged the whole trip. I already felt that it's not ethical for her to disclose and speak at the back of another parent.
So i called her again lately, with the fact that I am in desperate need for the school bus service. But this time, 珍姐's attitude was really poor. After receiving my call, she asked me to give her a few days to try to work out the route. But when i called her again, there was no progress. she just told me that it didn't work. that's fine. then i asked if there is anything she could help me with my situation. Her attitude changed unexpectedly and started persecuting me of being selfish, bla bla bla... which was not relevant of me. It seemed she had projected all her anger towards other parents on me.
After this encounter, I don't think I would dare to hand my child to a person with such poor temper control and attitude.
Finally i would like to affirm that the school is really a nice one. The above incident has nothing to do with the school.
