i send in her application to the immigration on 3 Nov 2010.
the extra insurance fee was not anounced yet on 3 Nov 2010,
so i thought i was so lucky to "escape" by that time,
however, i received phone call from my agent in early December, and she said the fee has to be paid, otherwise the philippines gov won't approve the application.
after discussion, the agent shared the extra fee with me 50-50.
