I would not use this agent again, you have been fooled the first time, if you hire their maid again, you still have to stick with them.
With the local maid, I would not trust such a perfect local maid. From my experience, if the ex-employer wants to get rid of the maid as soon as possible, they will give them very good reference. This happened to me a few years ago, my last maid's ex employer saying she is perfect but actually she is not. I hired her and fortunately she is not very bad but definitely not as good as her ex-employer has said, I finished her after 2 years contract because she has many weakness.
If I were you, go to another agent and choose a phillipine maid fresh from Phillipine, don't use yan yan, they are non-educated and dirty and not suitable to look after young childeren.
(2) bun bun - the local maid is not finished contract, she must go back home first, need apply again, so you still cannot have a maid immediately. You must find the finished contract one. So you can let her go back home within one year and you can have a maid immediately.
