my friend works in the City and her company released them home! She said the river water level is very high. very scary!

Our company's brisbane office too, early release the staff, until further notice tim ar.

I saw toomwoomba news on the TV, the flood is so horrible.

if you need, you can collect pre-filled sandbags from the following depots:

* Darra works depot, Shamrock St
* Morningside works depot, 9 Redfern St
* Zillmere works depot, 33 Jennings St
* Newmarket SES depot, 66 Wilston Rd

# for after hours collections, sandbags are left outside on pallets
# sandbags are free, however only take the minimum amount that you need to ensure that sandbags are available for other residents

my sister is now stay in Bundaberg, May I know what's the updatest information about the flooding? Will it come to Bundaberg? & Do u know any ways to go Brisbane airport in these period?

Bundaberg has flooded, depending on which part in Bundaberg. Visit this council web site for latest update:

Brisbane airport is fine now.

It should be safe from creek flooding but may still subject to local fooding, shouldn't be big issue.

Unfortunately, I am working in one of major telecom provider where I need to response whatever happen to keep QLD can keep contact outside ..... lucky only need office works....

we are worried as my mother pushed my sister to come back to HK when my mother knows the flooding in QLD. But my sister refused. And she said no food in the supermarket this morning & she did not tell us all the truth. so, we must check all the details by ourselves to know what's happen in her place. Tks so much for yr help.

I moved near Belmont now, no flooding there at the moment. please dont worry, Belmont not in the flooding list.
