the 硬塊 arose is because u've too much milk not cleared, if bb don't want 埋身, then better massage the plugged area. if you continue to pump constantly, should not affect your milk volume. the 'mother love brand' is a supplement to encourage milk, i once saw those bb shop is selling them, but can't find it right now, you may check those bigber bb shop to see if they carry it.
